Pedestrian Killed In Cheektowaga

A man is dead after being hit by a minivan on Genesee Street in Cheektowaga on Monday night. Cheektowaga police quickly responded to the call around 5:30PM, where a 20-year-old male was laying in the street with serious injuries. The pedestrian was transported to the Erie County Medical Center, where he later died from his injuries.

Police say that the driver of the minivan is cooperating with their investigation, and no charges have been filed at this time.
