Phil Collins’ son Simon Collins was arrested this weekend on Class A and B drug charges.

Between his iconic rock band Genesis and his daughter Lily Collins, an up-and-coming actress, the famous singer is used to making headlines. However, his 37-year-old son is making his own headlines after being arrested in Devizes in Wiltshire, England, for the possession and supply of illegal narcotics, according to PEOPLE.

Wiltshire Police confirmed: “A 37-year-old man from Devizes has been arrested for being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs and for possession of a Class B drug.”

Per E! News, Class A substances in the U.K. include cocaine, psychedelics and opioids such as heroin and oxycodone. Class B is comprised of marijuana, amphetamines and sedatives.

Simon, who is the oldest son of his father’s first marriage with actress Andrea Bertorelli, has been temporarily released on bail.

Phil Collins has yet to release a public statement on the incident.
