Police Investigating Apparent Homicide In Cheektowaga [VIDEO]

Police in Cheektowaga are investigating an apparent homicide following a welfare check on Princess Drive over the weekend.

Authorities arrived at the home of 56-year-old Peter Weipert around 6:00P.M. on Saturday, and found his deceased inside.

Police have ruled Weipert's death as a homicide, and an autopsy is scheduled for today to determine the cause of death.
