Police Officer Orders Man To Turn His Back and Then Tases Him [GRAPHIC VIDEO]

First, I have tremendous respect for our police officers and totally agree that next to combat in war...it's the toughest job to do. But, here we go, another one of those isolated incidents where it appears a police officer is using excessive force.

This Fairfax, Virginia police officer allegedly is using excessive force with a guy who was being compliant with his orders. The man turns his back as requested and then boom! He was tazed to the ground.
What do you see and what do you think? Excessive force?
