Looking to take a walk on the culinary "wild side"? This event is sure tantalize the taste buds as Nickel City Chef Edward Forster and Sommelier/Barkeep Tony Rials pair off at Pop-Up, showcasing  WNY's top culinary talent, Friday and Saturday, September 8 and 9, 2017 (Seatings on both dates at 6pm and 9pm.) As Feed Your Soul describes:

Diners are invited to join the highly regarded duo of Forster and Rials for a remarkable pairing dinner that truly illustrates the styles, interests, and capabilities of this talented pair. It's been too long since the friends and colleagues have had the opportunity to show the growth and evolution of their skill set, as both have worked apart, supporting other people's visions in separate establishments for the past few years.  You can experience their collaboration this upcoming weekend at a pop-up hosted by The Dapper Goose, one of Buffalo's hottest new restaurants.

Dinner includes five courses featuring dishes such as Summer Corn with Tarragon, Beef with Lapsang Souchong and Beets, and Lamb with French Curry and Lentils. The meal is only $65 (plus tax and gratuity).

Tony's stellar pairings include wine and cocktails and are available for an upcharge of $30.

Additionally, Rials' specialty cocktails can be purchased separately as an accompaniment to dinner or later in the evening at the restaurant’s bar on both Friday and Saturday nights.  Bon appetite.
