1. Tomatoes- are rich in lycopene and antioxidants especially when cooked.
2. Fruits and dark veggies- The richer or darker the color he better the nutrients
3. Coffee- Coffee has so many benefits. Coffee contains antioxidants that can destroy damaged skin cells
