Public Hearing On Raising Minimum Wage Set For Today

Whether you're for or against the idea of increasing New York State's minimum wage, you'll have the chance to voice your opinion today.

The State Assembly is holding hearings across New York  to get your opinion on a democratic proposal to hike the state's minimum wage from $7.25 to $8.50 an hour next year. 

A hearing has been scheduled for Buffalo Common Council Chambers at noon on May 11th.  If you would like to testify, you'll need to register (click here for the forms).
