Random Performance of Bagpipes in Downtown Buffalo [VIDEO]

So there I am strolling through downtown Buffalo on my lunch break and what do I find?  A couple of guys playing the bagpipes strolling through Key Center!

Obviously part of the seemingly "all-weekend" celebration of St. Patrick's Day which was yesterday..but hey, this is Buffalo baby!  We've got the parade downtown Sunday!
