It's beginning to look like anything can help you lose weight.

Yesterday, we told you that regular chocolate eaters have a lower body mass index than those who don't indulge. Now, a study done at the University of Scranton says that raw coffee bean capsules- in conjunction with eating a low-fat, healthy diet and exercising regularly - leads to an average weight loss of ten-and-a-half percent of starting weight, and an incredible reduction of sixteen percent of body fat!

Joe Vinson, who spearheaded the study, says the research shows the addition of raw coffee bean capsules to a weight-loss regimen, is a "safe, effective, inexpensive way to lose weight."

I don't know. I've been struggling with my weight all my life, and the key to weight-loss has always seemed to be eating sensibly and getting regular exercise. I hope that coffee bean capsules, or chocolate, or something is the "magic bullet" to losing weight. But if it were easy, we'd all be thin.
