Like her or not, Rebecca Black's music video "Friday" has topped Lady Gaga's "Born this Way" on YouTube! (I like her... she's appears to be a talented young kid doing something she loves. Why knock her?)

Even without much critical praise, Rebecca Black continues to conquer YouTube with her infamous viral sensation "Friday."  The young singer's video has surpassed Lady Gaga's "Born This Way" clip in views on the video website.  As of this morning, "Friday" had more than 33-million hits and counting compared to Gaga's 23-million.  Furthermore, Black is probably getting more bang for her buck.  Techcrunch.com reports the eighth-grader's mom paid two-thousand dollars for the hit video, which is likely a bit cheaper than the price tag on Lady Gaga's epic seven-minute, alien-themed mini-film.

Despite the success of "Friday" online, some are still calling it the "worst song ever."  But Black appeared on ABC's "Good Morning America" last week to defend her song and her singing abilities.  She said, quote, "I think I have talent on some level.  I don't think I'm the worst singer, I don't think I'm the best singer."

I like Rebecca Black, the video is cute... and hey she's "winning" without all the baggage.
