When it's warm outside I turn off the oven and pull out my panini press. It's the Christmas gift that justkeeps giving. Tonight I'll grill up this delish ham n cheese and enjoy a bowl of chilled basil tomato soup.

  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons dijon or bone suckin mustard  sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onions
  • 1 teaspoon dill seed
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 8 slices cooked ham
  • 8 thick slices of olive, italian or french bread
    1. Combine butter, mustard, onions and dill seed. Spread insides of bread with this mixture. Place 2 slices of cheese and 2 slices of ham inside bread slices
    2. Brush the sandwich with olive oil and place on the panini press.
