RECIPE: Panko Crusted Fish
My guilty pleasure is panko fried shrimp. These tasty shrimp are easy to prepare and they are ready in minutes. I try to make things a little bit better by serving them with Brown rice, edamame and carrot salad.
- Place the shrimp in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, old bay and garlic powder. In a small bowl, stir together the flour and paprika. Place eggs and panko crumbs into separate bowls.
- Heat the oil in a deep-fryer. Dip each shrimp into the flour mixture, then into the egg, and finally into the panko crumbs to coat. Fry golden brown and drain.
