This is a great addition to any breakfast or brunch. It's going to be beautiful and you may want to invite friends over for Brunch. Make with a spicy hot Italian sausage. or mild if you prefer. I prefer it a little HOT!! Serve along side your favorite pancake, waffle  or muffin.

  • 1 pound bulk pork sausage
  • 3 cups buttermilk biscuit mix
  • 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Shape into 1-in. patties and place on a rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees F for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
