So what's for dinner tonight? If I could count the time I hear what's for dinner. I am going to make a t-shirt with the question written on it. Tonight it's Teriyaki Chicken.  Serve the chicken over brown and black rice.

You can find black rice at a Asian grocery store. It cooks best in a rice pot. If you've never used a rice pot it is in my opinion one of the best ways to cook rice. It's never let me down once. My rice is always perfect !!

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce

  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 6 skinless chicken thighs and 4 breasts

    2. Preheat oven to 425
    3. Place chicken pieces in  baking dish. Brush chicken with the sauce on both sides.
    4. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes.
