Are you looking to lose weight? Perhaps quit smoking? Well then try getting into a relationship.Researchers at the University College London say that people are more likely to quit smoking or start working out if their domestic partners also make a healthy change.
The study shows that 48-percent of men gave up smoking when their partner quit as well. And nearly 70-percent of men increased their physical activity level when their partner joined them in the challenge.
