Do you think elected officials should be subject to drug tests? One representative from Louisiana thinks so.

WGRZ reports Republican Representative Clay Higgins is introducing a new measure that would require senators and representatives be drug tested once a term.

He introduced Concurrent Resolution 135 this week, saying in a press release, “Elected officials in Washington, D.C. should be subject to the same kind of random drug screenings that blue-collar, working-class Americans have to endure."
