New research has shown that a reduced caloric diet could help you beat Diabetes 2. Could this be true? Researchers in New Zealand say yes and in four short months. If this is true this could help a large number of people who live with diabetes.

The team from the Netherlands analyzed subjects with pericardial fat. They were limited to 500 calories a day for four months. Researchers discovered a drop in fat and the need for insulin was eliminated. This is an amazing discovery.

I personally do not know if I could survive on 500 calories a day. What about lunch, dinner and snacks ?
