I have seen a great many dogs in my life. Show dogs, working dogs, pets. But I have yet to see any dog look very happy when dressed up in a little doggie costume.

Oh, they tolerate it, all right. But you can always sense, if you pay close-enough attention, that they are just not happy. And you can probably also tell that they are just an unprotected moment away from claiming vengeance, at least according to British filmmaker Gavin O'Grady:
