Rhode Island Bans Sexting [Video]

A recent law was enacted here in New York that you can't text and drive. Could we be next to ban " sexting". Rhode Island has done just that. They have banned minors from taking and sending pictures of questionable nature. The law falls under the states child pornography laws and even minors can be charged. So in theory, a minor could end up being a registered sex offender for life. Should other states do this? The Huffington Post has a report.
