Rocketship 7 Movie In The Works

"Bones," and "Angel" star David Boreanaz, is reportedly working on a movie based on the old  Channel 7 kids' show "Rocketship 7."

According to an article in the Buffalo News, "Boreanaz, the Buffalo-born son of former “Rocketship 7” host Dave Thomas (now Dave Roberts), told Toronto critic Bill Brioux Wednesday here he is trying to develop a movie centered around the popular children’s program that originally ran on WKBW-TV from 1962-1978."

"Bones" ends its 12-year run this session, leaving Boreanaz available to take on such a project. From the Buffalo News article, “That very project is in development. I started a script six years ago," said Boreanaz.
