Ryan Murphy may be juggling a handful of projects at the moment, but his new anthology series Feud is shaping up to have quite a fantastic cast.

The first season of FX’s Feud will follow the infamous Hollywood rivalry between Joan Crawford and Bette Davis in 1962 on the set of What Ever Happened to Baby Jane? Jessica Lange will play Crawford while Sarandon portrays Davis, and now Murphy staple Sarah Paulson has joined the cast. Murphy announced on Twitter on Tuesday that Paulson will play actress Geraldine Page, best known for her Oscar-winning role in 1985's The Trip to Bountiful.

The cast only gets better. Catherine Zeta Jones will play Olivia de Havilland (oh boy is that some good casting), Judy Davis will be gossip columnist Hedda Hopper, Stanley Tucci will portray studio boss Jack Warner and Alfred Molina will play Baby Jane director Robert Aldrich. This show cannot arrive soon enough.

While Paulson’s casting in Murphy’s new series is no major surprise, it likely means there are plenty more awards in the actress’ near future. Paulson’s nominated for two Emmys this year for her role as Marcia Clark in The People vs. O.J. Simpson and as Sally in AHS: Hotel, and if Feud gets as much awards buzz as I’m predicting, it could land Paulson her seventh Emmy nomination. If anything, it’ll be great to see AHS stars Lange and Paulson back on screen together.
