If you received a check for $5,00o would you cash it?  The Cattaragus sherrifs department is warning you of a scam. If you receive a check from Dongwha USA, don't cash it. The victims are asked to cash the check and contact a agent to send a money order, personal check, cash, or debit card and credit card information in order to receive additional winnings. It seems scammers never sleep. Dont get involved.
