It's almost unbelievable. Hurricane Patrica has flooded the south, especially Texas, where homes and towns are going to need to be rebuilt. One man who is still lucky to be alive, Kerry Packer, the man stranded in a tree near Onion Creek after his car washed away.

The local television station in Austin did a live interview with him over the phone and he is still lucky to be alive.
