Serial Foot Licker Nabbed in Western New York [VIDEO]

Weird. Strange. Odd. Sick.  Just a few words that come to mind as I think about this story.  A 49-year-old man is facing charges for licking children's feet in Rochester.

Anthony Parri is facing charges of sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child after he allegedly removed the shoes and socks of a six-year-old girl, fondled her foot  and pressed it against his face.  Police think he may be the same guy seen licking girls' feet at a local bookstore.  Parri is behind bars with no bail set.
