What's for lunch?  How about a pulled pork sandwich?  Maybe braised beef or gourmet mac'n cheese?  Wandering chefs may bring a new meaning to the term "quick lunch" in Buffalo!  What are your thoughts on these new food trucks that maybe coming to a location near you? 

City lawmakers are reportedly considering guidelines to allow upscale food trucks to set up shop in Buffalo.  The Buffalo News reports  city officials are talking about a new permit policy that would expand the local food truck service from a few fixed downtown locations to areas like the Elmwood Village, the Chippewa strip, Allen Street, Hertel Avenue and maybe even some residential areas.  Upscale food trucks serving things like fish tacos, pork sandwiches and braised beef are apparently the rage in cities like Los Angeles, Boston and Austin.
