Snoopy Get A Hollywood Star

America's favorite beagle is getting a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Snoopy will be honored by the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce during a ceremony today, and the entire "Peanuts" cast will be on hand for presentation.

Snoopy's star will be placed next to the star of "Peanuts" creator, Charles M. Schulz, at the corner of Hollywood Boulevard and Sycamore.

It was some 65 years ago that Schulz first debuted the "Peanuts" cast, and this year marks the 50th anniversary of "A Charlie Brown Christmas."
