Sometimes it’s Tough Being a Bills Fan
It’s bad enough that we only get seven home games a season because the other “home game” is played in Toronto. Now the Bills have turned down the NFL’s “olive branch” to ease up on their blackout policy.
You see, the NFL policy has lifted TV blackouts if at least 85 percent of non-premium seats are sold. Prior to this rule, games wouldn’t be televised unless the entire stadium was sold out.
But the Bills have decided they are not going to participate in the relaxed rule. Home games will continue to have to sell out completely 72 hours before kickoff to avoid a local TV blackout.
Some days it’s hard to be a Bills fan…
