Soupfest 2018 – Inside the Judges’ Circle
Yesterday, Tony P and I had the chance to be judges for Buffalo Soupfest -- in it's eighth year, at the Buffalo Convention Center.
So Tony and I put on our best judgy faces and got to work. After approximately 2.6 gallons of soup, we'd fairly rated all the restaurants -- and declared a fabulous Portabella Mushroom soup the winner in the Amateur Competition.
It was a super tough job. I couldn't even eat (much) today. Best in Show -- even though that wasn't a category we were invited to weigh in on -- Zoup's Baked Potato Soup OMG.
