SPCA Offering FREE Adoptions To Veterans

Free adoptions to Veterans from the SPCA for a limited time...

Veterans, thank you for your service! What better way to thank a Veteran than to offer a free pet? The SPCA is hosting "Pets For Vets." From May 21st through May 31st. ALL military members which includes active duty, reserves, honorably discharged, or service-disabled veterans.

Pets do become part of our family. It doesn't matter if it is a dog, cat, even a fish! It is nice to snuggle with a dog or cat, though! According to an article in Woman's Day, owning a pet can decrease stress, lowers blood pressure, lowers cholesterol, and boosts your mood.
