The cable company Spectrum will have to a pay a record $174 Million and end up refunding New York State customers nearly $62 million dollars.

The payout is part of a settlement the company made in connection with a claim it defrauded internet subscribers.

The New York Attorney General's Office said it is the largest consumer payment in U.S History.

Spectrum customers can expect a refund between $75 and $150 as part of the settlement.

Also as part of the deal, Spectrum will provide premium channels for FREE to certain customers.
