YouTube Cyclist Gets Nabbed by Police After Doing 186 MPH [VIDEO]
Have you ever been stuck in traffic and wished you were the guy next to you on the motorcycle who can weave his way around the delay? Well, there is a motorcyclist in Canada that has gone 186 miles per hour, until now evaded police and videotaped his adventures...
Randy George Scott, 25, whom police had issued a warrant for surrendered to authorities on Tuesday.
"The man allegedly responsible for the infamous YouTube video 'Victoria Highway Run 299km' is in custody," Kelowna police said in a statement. Scott was charged with reckless driving. The speed limit on the stretch of the the Trans-Canada Highway where Scott was allegedly speeding is 50 mph.
The video shot from a camera mounted on the bike has racked up more than 1 million views on YouTube since April.
Scott is scheduled to appear in court August 16.
