Would you like to feel like a kid again? Remember how anxious you felt as a kid patiently waiting for beggars night? Well, first came shopping for a costume. Part of the fun comic book fans have had over the years is debating which superhero could defeat which superhero. Could Wolverine beat The Hulk? Could the X-Men beat The Avengers? There have been entire lines of books devoted to this very topic. Heck, Batman vs. Superman and Captain America: Civil War are both based on this very conceit. So, you can’t blame Matt Damon for getting into the fun when asked if his Jason Bourne, who he calls “my superhero”, could take his pal Ben Affleck’s Batman. As you might expect, Damon’s not stepping down from the challenge.

There have been a lot of Batman vs. Superman rumors floating around there on the internet. So far, we’ve heard rumors about Lex Luthor, Barbara Gordon, Doomsday, General Zod w/ Flipper Hands, The Joker, Jimmy Olsen and much more. But, none of those rumors are as ridiculous as the one Zack Snyder heard about Robin and he’s here to tell you it’s bulls——.

Noted Comic-Con hater, actor and apparently now writer, Jesse Eisenberg, appeared on NBC’s Today to promote his upcoming book of short stories “Bream Gives Me Hiccups” and talk eventually turned to Batman vs. Superman. It was at this point that Eisenberg, who plays Lex Luthor in the upcoming superhero movie, assured us all that not only is Batman vs. Superman a “phenomenal” movie, but that’s it’s also a “very serious” movie. To which, the entire universe responded with a resounding, no freaking duh.

After yesterday’s three new Batman vs. Superman images from the pages of Empire magazine, today we have even more from the upcoming superhero film. From that same magazine article, we have both Ben Affleck and director Zack Snyder talking about this film’s version of Batman (which Affleck describes as a “f---ed up Batman”), plus a bunch of new photos from the film.

Following the Batman vs. Superman info dump that came out of Comic-Con, we thought it might be a while before we saw or heard anything from the upcoming superhero movie. After all, we did get an extended new trailer, new images and a new poster. But today, we have three new Batman vs. Superman pics each showing off one of the film’s three main characters: Batman, Superman and Lex Luthor.

The LEGO Movie is a project that consists entirely of inspired ideas, but casting the gravelly-voiced Will Arnett as Batman is probably in the top five. With the character’s spin-off in the works, the inspired casting continues! It seems that the soft-spoken Michael Cera is set voice Robin in LEGO Batman.

As revealed yesterday, Batman vs. Superman will have a major presence at Comic-Con. The entire cast will be there to show off new footage from the film, and if rumors are to believed, we’ll also have the new Justice League assembled on stage. But, if you aren’t going to Comic-Con this year (or you simply can’t wait another week), we have some good news for you: Warner Bros. has released five new Batman vs. Superman photos for your viewing pleasure.
