  If you don't believe in the power of karma, maybe this will change your mind. 21-year-old monster Adell Ziegler of Buffalo was jailed for a year after being found guilty of setting a Jack Russell terrier puppy on fire. Buffalo knows the pup as Phoenix, and while he was permanently disfigured, he now lives a happy, healthy life as a therapy dog and is owned by one of the vet techs who treated him
