Harrison Ford

Tom Clancy, the hugely successful and prolific author behind the Jack Ryan series of books and multiple video game franchises, died at a hospital last night in Baltimore at the age of 66. His publisher confirmed the news to the New York Times but no cause of death has been announced.

There's something thematically appropriate about a movie telling the story of a butler who quietly influenced the United States taking the number one spot at the box office over its flashy, bigger rivals. Lee Daniels' 'The Butler' took multiplexes by storm this weekend, taking down last week's competition as well as a handful of seemingly strong newcomers.

Though 'Star Wars: Episode 7' hasn't started casting yet, nor has Disney released much information about the upcoming sequel, that's not going to stop intrepid journalists from asking about it. Conan O'Brien interviewed Harrison Ford for his upcoming movie 'Paranoia,' and -- to get Ford to talk about it -- offered Ford a thousand dollars to tell him spoilers from 'Episode 7.'

Over the weekend I ran across “ Star Wars” The Empire Strikes Back” and I can’t help myself, I always stop and watch part of any of the Star Wars movies. I noticed how young Carrie Fisher and Harrison Ford look in the original movies, now over30 years old!

If you tuned in during the middle of the "Late Show" with David Letterman last night, you may have wondered why Letterman appeared to be checking Harrison Ford for Lice.  Haha, not really.  Letterman was actually searching Ford's scalp for a scar but got carried away a little bit.
