A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for all of Western New York from late Monday until 10AM Tuesday. This storm system is expected to bring accumulating sleet, snow and freezing rain. A High Wind Warning will be in effect for Chautauqua and Southern Erie Counties from 1AM Tuesday through 10AM, with wind gusts reaching up to 60MPH...
