Make-A-Wish Western New York is in the business of turning dreams into reality...and it has done just that for a Lockport boy and his brother.

Thanks to a local Department of Transportation and the Make-A-Wish Foundation, a six-year-old Cancer survivor got to push the button to blow up a part of a U.S. Highway Saturday morning.

Make-A-Wish has granted over 3000 wishes for critically sick kids in Western New York. This year alone the team is expecting to grant over 100 wishes. That is ONE HUNDRED kids who get to live out their dream after going the hardest part of their lives...

Vinny Cicatello from Buffalo was granted his wish, to see his favorite artist and idol preform on the worlds largest stage! The Super Bowl Halftime Show starring Lady Gaga.   Thanks to Make a Wish of WNY, Vinny is going. Check out our interview with him in the video above!  ...

Before Sunday's game Buffalo Bills player LeSean McCoy made a little girl's dream come true as part of the Make-A-Wish program.

Celebs, by virtue of their gigs, have tons of fame and fortune, but many of them never forget to show their support of the less fortunate. DoSomething.Org has named its Top 20 list of Celebs Gone Good for 2012, with Taylor Swift and Miley Cyrus topping the list of the most charitable celebs. Fellow pop stars like Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, Pink and more were also recognized.

Win or lose, Ryan Miller will always be tops in my book.  Miller took time after practice last week to meet with an 11-year-old boy who's battle against leukemia is a must win.

Monday will be a boo-ti-ful night for a Halloween Bills Bash! You might as well call it that since the Bills' Terrence Wheatley and Kirk Morrison will be hosting a the First Annual Charity Halloween Costume Ball to benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
