Former punter Brian Moorman and cornerback Terrence McGee have joined forces with Freddy Jackson to partner in opening a steakhouse in Buffalo. It will be called SEAR and will be located in the Avant hotel on Delaware Avenue. You should be able to enjoy top notch steaks by this fall.

The Allentown area will once again be filled with arts and crafts as more than 400 exhibitors will line the streets this weekend. This is the 59th year for the Allentown Arts Festival and so far the weather looks good to take that walk west down Allen Street.

I picked a good time to move back to Buffalo. I see new restaurants everywhere around town. I'm attending major concerts coming to First Niagara Center. There is a huge surge in hotel openings. However, what seems to be my favorite thing about our growth is what's happening on our waterfront.
