Oktobeerfest

Buffalonians came out to the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center on Saturday for the annual Oktobeerfest, featuring over 100 seasonal craft beers, German and seasonal food and live music.  

Beer. You might drink it every Friday night, but do you know how it's made? Buffalo's Resurgence Brewing Company's Jeff Ware shares one of the strangest things you probably don't know about beer.

It's October, which means Oktoberfest (and another Oktoberfest) are going on around metro Buffalo. This weekend is one of the best, Buffalo's Oktobeerfest! So we headed out to a local brewery to get the tips you need to have BEFORE you get your drink on!
