Regardless of where you stand politically, ya gotta admit, President Obama is one smooth cat. And he's had the swagger since he was in high school.

1:10 p.m. (EST): A third letter, this one sent to Senator Joe Manchin (D.-W.V.), has been found to contain ricin. 12:45 p.m. (EST): FBI spokesman Paul Bresson has confirmed that the substance found in the letter to the president was ricin. The Secret Service says that a letter containing a suspicious substance and addressed to President Obama was received on Tuesday at a White House mail facility.

One of the hottest songs of the early summer is Carly Rae Jepsen's "Call Me Maybe," and it's quite the earworm. Everybody's singing it -- even the president!

President Obama said in his State of the Union address Tuesday that the nation's middle class is at risk because of economic inequality, further stating that the government must do more to preserve the basic American dream.
