The Military Diet is sometimes known as the Army diet or the 3-day diet. Basically, this diet is split into two parts over a week. For the 1st 3 days of the diet, you have to follow the Military Diet and then take 4 days off.

According to their website, you could lose up to 10 pounds.

We decided to try the diet for 3 days starting on Monday 8/13 and see how much weight each of us could lose. We would love to have to try it with us!

If you want to try it with us, here is the shopping list you need for the 1st 3 days.

Coffee or Tea
1 Grapefruit
2 Bananas
2 Apples
Bread -whole wheat
Peanut Butter
Eggs
3 cans Tuna
Hot dogs
Small piece of meat, your choice
Green beans: frozen, canned or fresh
Small head of broccoli
Carrots
Saltine crackers
Cottage cheese
Small amount of cheddar cheese
Vanilla Ice Cream
