Take Two For Turkey Dinner With Moore’s Turkey Enchiladas — Delilah’s Recipe Book
Need a new dish to make to get out of your usual dinner routine?
Here’s a recipe that will knock your socks off (figuratively of course)!
Moore’s Turkey Enchiladas Recipe
Yield: 4-5 servings
1/4 cup Moore’s Original Marinade 1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup diced green chilies 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup 1 cup cheddar cheese 2 cup cooked cubed turkey 12 tortillas flour or corn non-stick cooking spray
Combine Moore’s Marinade, soup, sour cream and chilies. Heat thoroughly. Warm tortillas in damp towel in microwave. Coat a 13x9x2 inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Mix cheeses, onion, turkey and 1 c. soup mixture. Put 2 tbs. of cheese/turkey mixture in center of each tortilla. Roll tortilla and place in baking dish. Pour remaining soup mixture over top. Cover and bake at 350? for 30 minutes. Uncover and top with additional cheese, if desired.
