Sometimes having regular mashed or baked potatoes is boring and bland when it comes to certain meals.

Here's a list of different potato recipes to try to mix up your dinnertime meal:

Boil the potatos, peel and dice them. Take a 16 oz container of sour cream and mix with one cube of melted butter and Lawry's seasoning salt (to taste). Mix the potatoes into the sour cream mixture. Pour into a casserole dish and bake on 350 until gold and bubbly. Desiree

Cut potatoes into chunks, add Italian dressing, bell peppers and onions and a little evoo. Bake at 400 until tender. My aunt adds sausage slices to hers and it's super yummy. You can also cube them with the peels intact and add a pack of onion soup mix and some evoo, bake at 400 until tender, then suffocate them in your choice of cheese. Teresa

My kids and I used to have potato night for dinner. Baked potatoes with whatever toppings. Broccoli and cheese, hamburger gravy, sour cream and bacon bits, etc. You could always have a potato party with the same theme. There's no bad way to fix potatoes. Carolann

I make a baked potato salad. Dice washed potatoes and dry on a paper towel. Add to large bowl or plastic bag. Mix in olive oil, crushed garlic, finely minced onion, and spices such as black pepper, onion powder, paprika, and chives. Mix all together in bowl/bag and spread on foil lined cookie sheets. Bake at 400 till tender about 10-15 minutes. While baking, fry up about 8-10 slices of bacon and chop up an entire bunch of green onions. Mix with cooled, drained potatoes and chopped bacon and ranch dressing to coat. Serve warm. Phyllis

Potato nachos. Mix potatoes in olive oil, place in single layer on a baking sheet, salt and pepper each side. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes each side. Use as nachos under beans, meat, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, guacamole and whatever else you like on your nachos. Kate

Boil small potatoes, then used a fork to mash them on a cookie sheet...drizzle them with olive oil, sprinkle garlic on top and put them in the oven on broil for 15 minutes. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and put back in oven for three minutes...(Shay suggests adding bacon and sour cream too). Delilah
