What is wrong with people? Taylor Swift had a stalker a couple weeks ago and he actually showed up to her house, hopped the fence and was found on the front porch. Luckily, Harry Style’s girlfriend wasn’t home at the time. But, luckily for him, he’s getting off with just a slap on the hand.

The stalker who was found and apprehended on Swift's property isn't facing any criminal charges at all.

Here’s the quick back-story: Jacob Kulke, 24, took a bus from Wisconsin to Nashville, hunted down Taylor’s house, hopped a fence and wound up on her front porch where police met him. He explained to him that his girlfriend lived here. Ohhhhh is that what you were doing there Jacob, just waiting for your girlfriend. In that case, you’re off the hook. But, in all seriousness Swift and her family have opted not to press charges from the incidents that happened on December 14^th. She is one of the top 10 earning musicians in 2012, maybe she could spend a little and up the security.

Kulke thought his presence was a gift for Swift’s birthday and when asked he said they were ‘communicating’ through social media. When he says communicating he really meant ‘tweeting a whole bunch at her with no response’.
