The 80s live on and plenty of people were transported back to their childhood when Tears for Fears took the stage at CMAC in Canandaigua.

Formed back in 1981, Tears for Fears has been a staple of radio for over three decades and they brought their amazing live show to CMAC on Tuesday Night.

The English band has had two #1 hits on the Billboard charts, "Everybody Wants to Rule The World" and "Shout", as well as four Top 10 hits.

Of course, you know that played each and every one of them at CMAC to a crowd that was singing along to every word.

The band released a new album in 2022 called ‘The Tipping Point’ which allowed the band to mix their new music with the classics during the show. Their new album debuted at #1 on Billboard's Top Album Sales chart when it was released last year so the crowd knew the lyrics of the new songs too.

It had been a while since Tears for Fears played in Canandaigua. The last time they were in the area was back in 1990. The wait was well worth it as the crowd loved every minute of the show. The band and the crowd seem to have the same energy as they back in 1990.

The "The Tipping Point" tour continues tonight in Quebec before heading back to the States at Saratoga Springs on July 2nd and then Bethel New York on July 5th. Get a peek at the rest of the tour dates HERE.
