The ‘Boredom Diet’ — Eat Whatever Food You Want All Day And Loose Weight (???)
This is either wickedly brilliant, or brilliantly wicked…not sure which.
The so-called “Boredom Diet” operates on the principle that if you eat the same thing, day in, day out, even if it’s your favorite food in the world, you’ll eventually grow sick of that food and never want to see it again.
How’d they come to this consensus? One lucky research group of women ate NOTHING but macaroni and cheese for a week…the other group ate normal food.
After one week, the mac ‘n cheese group ate an average of 100 calories less per meal than the other group…which, over time, leads to weight loss.
It’s gradual weight loss of course…and the downside is you may never love your favorite food again.
This all being said…what’s the one food you THINK you could eat every single day, every single meal, without fail?
I’ll start: I’ve never met a piece of pizza I didn’t like.
