The Five Best Movie Kisses of All Time
You might have noticed Valentine's Day is upon us. You can't run away from it, no matter how you might try. So, let's just jump in, and own it! My five steamy scenes will bring out anyone's inner romantic. Curious, what you think? I dare you to watch these love scenes and not feel like grabbing someone in a lip-lock.
This first great kiss is from the movie "Roman Holiday." They are both soaking wet, which adds to the sensual quality of the scene. The way Gregory Peck looks at Audrey Hepburn and the way she looks back at him. Sigh!
Second, on the list is from the insanely romantic film "Brief Encounter." A 1945 British film. The story takes us into the world of two lovers that never consummate their relationship. I know not realistic, but oddly romantic.
Third, I am starting to notice a theme here, because they are wet again, is from "Breakfast at Tiffany's." Stop, no don't .....so good!
Fourth, is from 1946 Alfred Hitchcock film, called "Notorious." Because of production codes at the time, actors/actresses could not kiss longer than a few seconds. So, Hitch had these so sexy co-stars, Cary Grant and Ingrid Bergman, kiss again and again. The end result is electric.
Lastly, I leave you with by far the best kissing montage. It's from the 1988 Italian film "Cinema Paradiso." Watch out, you'll feel a powerful need to make-out with someone upon watching :)
