The key to looking great? Go to sleep by 9:45 p.m. every night and wake up at 6:55 a.m. That's right according to a new study this is what you need to do to look your absolute best.

If you follow this, you will have clearer skin, brighter eyes, and it will match your body's natural rhythm which is the key to looking great. How many of you currently adhere to this? I know it can be humanly impossible for some people.

Sleep is such a crucial part of our lives. I know some people have the motto, "I have plenty of time to sleep when I'm dead!" But, your body suffers greatly and now, even your appearance can suffer greatly, if you don't get enough sleep.

On the Mix Morning show, this is humanly impossible for us, because we have to be in work so early. I'm lucky if I get a good 6 hours a night. LOL.
