Academy Awards Nominees Announced

The Nominees for the 83rd Academy Awards were announced this morning at 8:30am.

Nominated for best picture “Black Swan,” “The Fighter,” “Inception,” “The Kids Are All Right,” “The King’s Speech,” “127 Hours,” “The Social Network,” “Toy Story 3,” “True Grit,” and “Winter’s Bone.”

Passed over in this years nominations “The Town” in the best picture category.

Nominated for Best Actor James Franco, Jeff Bridges , Colin Firth, Jesse Eisenberg , and Javier Bardem .  Best actress nominees include Annette Bening,  Michelle Williams , Nicole Kidman , Jennifer Lawrence , and Natalie Portman .

The 83rd Annual Academy Awards will be held on February 27th.
