The Peregrine Falcons Are Back At Central Terminal
I recently took a train ride past the historic Central Terminal. I could not help but think what it must have been like. The families gathering to say goodbye or greet loved ones. It's beautiful, why can't it be restored and used again. Train travel was so grand long ago. I'm not complaining, but I would much rather have a lay over at Central Terminal 2012 than todays' modern station.
The Central Terminal had planned on giving tours ofthe towers on the13th floor, but someone has taken up residence there. The peregrine falcons have been coming there for the past two years and they are back . The tours have been rescheduled for October. This should give the falcon eggs time to hatch.
