Things Looking Up for Niagara County SPCA [VIDEO]

Things are improving for the once-embattled Niagara County SPCA. Visitors packed the lobby over the weekend to take advantage of lower adoption fees.

According to the SPCA, at least 89 animals were given new homes during the three-day event. According to Channel 4, the SPCA had to make room because they have taken in more animals lately from cruelty cases, like this one in Somerset.
